China Haicheng City Magtalc Co, namely Haicheng Ruitong Mining Co. Ltd. located in Haicheng city Liaoning province, a city called "capital of talc and magnesite". Under the leadership of President Gan, we started talc manufacturing in the year of 1997. It is "TALC" that let us finished the initial capital accumulation and enable us later engaged in the production of refractories,calcium carbonate, and feldspar products through a series of annexation and merger. Over a decade development, Magtalc gradually evolved from original a talc factory to a mining company registered in the Industrial and Commercial Bureau of Haicheng Municipal Government. For easier business communication with clients, "Hongkong Ruitong Industrial Limited" was created which plays the role of an Offshore Banking Account for our company. Talc and Refractories are the two main sectors of our business.
